Have you heard about Fusion 41? Ford is grabbing a handful of social media and leveraging it to promote the 2010 Ford Fusion.

I am a car guy, and I need a business excuse to go to more car shows… I can tell my wife that I am “networking”… Seriously.
So, to that end, I want to have a new feature on GarageHomesUSA. It will take a little while to spin up to full speed, but here is the plan:
- Visit cruise-ins, car shows and other enthusiast events
- Take pictures
- Shoot video
- Upload pictures and video in a searchable database
- As part of the videos, profile both the cars and the owners
My clients that move into Atlanta from other areas are car people. Many are looking for car clubs in the area. Many are also looking for
A lot of (would-be)sellers are asking that question right now. Should they sell their homes to buy another that better suits their needs... or hang tight and make changes to their current home.
I understand. I really understand. As the father of a four year old and a 4 month old... I understand. As the husband of a wonderful wife that goes back and forth between those ideas, I REALLY understand.
And it is NOT an easy question to answer. Here, let me give you the National Association of REALTORS® party line... Now is a GREAT time to buy!

Seriously. I see articles and posts about increasing the value of your house through inexpensive kitchen upgrades, bathroom make-overs and landscape tune-ups… but everyone ignores the garage.
We live in and for the garage!
So, here are a few ideas to spruce up the garage. They are relatively cheap, and will make the garage look much better.
